Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
Last Updated: July 13, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Legadova™ service operated by Moose Pack Inc and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Because Legadova helps create legally significant, deeply personal documents, misuse can cause serious harm. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of access, and referral to law enforcement.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for lawful, legitimate estate-planning purposes, generally for yourself. You may enter information about beneficiaries and others only for the legitimate purpose of preparing your own estate-planning documents and only where you have a lawful basis to do so.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
Fraud and forgery
- commit or facilitate fraud, deception, or any illegal scheme;
- forge, alter, backdate, fabricate, or falsify a will, power of attorney, directive, signature, witness attestation, or notarization, or attempt to make an invalid or altered document appear valid;
- create a document intended to deceive a court, probate authority, notary, financial institution, or any person;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, or capacity.
Coercion and undue influence
- create, alter, or execute documents on behalf of, or to the detriment of, another person through coercion, duress, undue influence, manipulation, or exploitation — including elder abuse or exploitation of a vulnerable or incapacitated person;
- use the Service to pressure, trick, or override the free will of a testator or principal.
Impersonation and unauthorized acts
- impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim to be someone else;
- create or execute documents for another individual without lawful authority and that person's informed consent;
- access or use another person's account or documents without authorization.
Misuse of the AI and output
- misuse AI output — including relying on generated text you know or should know to be inaccurate to mislead others, or presenting AI output as verified legal advice from an attorney;
- attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or coerce the AI into producing unlawful documents or content;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data or model output;
- reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service, its security, or its AI systems.
General misconduct
- violate any law, regulation, or third party's rights (including privacy or intellectual-property rights);
- upload malware, or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, including the Legadova™ marks.
3. Sensitive Data Responsibility
Because you may enter highly sensitive personal, family, and financial data — your own and beneficiaries' — you must ensure you have a lawful basis to provide third-party information and must not use the Service to unlawfully collect, expose, or exploit anyone's personal data.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you believe the Service is being used to commit fraud, coercion, forgery, elder exploitation, or other abuse, report it to iammvm1@gmail.com.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, preserve or disclose records as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor use but may do so. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion, consistent with applicable law and the Terms of Service.
