Moose Pack Inc is committed to making the Legadova™ service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Estate planning is for all adults, and we believe the ability to create a will and protect one's family should not be limited by ability.

1. Our Commitment and Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help make digital content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we work to:

provide meaningful text alternatives for non-text content;
ensure sufficient color contrast and support for resizing text;
enable full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
support screen readers and assistive technologies with proper semantic structure and labels;
offer clear, plain-language instructions and error messages;
provide both voice and text interaction paths, so users who cannot or prefer not to use voice can complete the entire estate-planning process through text — and users who benefit from voice can use it. Voice features require consent as described in our Privacy Policy;
avoid content that is known to cause seizures and provide user control over motion.

3. Voice, Captions, and Transcripts

Because Legadova is a voice-first product, we provide text transcripts of the AI conversation and support text-based interaction as a full alternative. You may complete the entire Service by typing, without ever using voice.

4. Ongoing Effort and Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some portions of the Service, or content provided by third-party processors, may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We test with automated tools and manual review, prioritize fixes, and continue to improve. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and resolve issues.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or need help completing your estate-planning documents due to a disability, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and to provide the information or function you need.
