This Cookie Policy explains how Moose Pack Inc ("Legadova," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Legadova™ website and application (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an app. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels, SDKs, and device identifiers. They help the Service work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Service is used.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

a. Strictly necessary / essential cookies. Required for the Service to function — authentication and session management (via Supabase), security, load balancing and content delivery (via Cloudflare), and remembering your consent choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems and do not require consent because the Service cannot operate without them.

b. Functional cookies. Remember your settings and preferences (such as language or voice/text preference) to improve your experience. Where required by law, these are set only with your consent.

c. Analytics cookies. Help us understand aggregate, largely de-identified usage — which features are used and where errors occur — so we can improve reliability and usability. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent where consent is required, and are not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies to sell or share your personal information.

3. Third Parties

Some cookies are set by the processors that power the Service (for example, Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting/security, Stripe for payment flows). These providers act on our behalf under our Privacy Policy. Payment pages presented by Stripe are governed additionally by Stripe's own notices.

4. Consent Mechanism

When required by law (including for EU/UK/EEA visitors and where applicable under U.S. state law), we present a cookie consent banner on your first visit. You may accept all, reject all non-essential, or choose by category. Essential cookies are always active. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link available in the Service, or by adjusting your browser or device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service (including sign-in) from working.

6. Do Not Track

Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the Service responds to legally recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable law; it does not otherwise respond to DNT.

We may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
